1. Before using the lifting equipment, you should first confirm whether the hydraulic oil is full through the mailbox liquid level window according to the rules. If the ratio is lower than the standard, make up to full. In the process of refueling, it is recommended to use the refueling filter to refuel. Do not mix impurities such as oil, water, etc. in different pictures.

2. After 250 hours of operation, the oil filter element should be stacked and checked. If necessary, replace or clean the filter element.

3. Before the double-girder crane leaves the factory, all kinds of valves in the hydraulic system should be tested as a whole, and the operator should check it once when using it. Basically, the pressure and flow are specified to see if there is any sign of being touched.

4. Every half month, the oil discharge port at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned to remove moisture and impurities. Maybe replace all hydraulic oil after 1 year 2000 hours. Of course, if the oil does not deteriorate, the oil change period can be extended appropriately. If it is in a particularly harsh working environment, it is necessary to appropriately shorten the replacement cycle.

5. Various components, especially the hydraulic system, must not have attached dirt. Be sure to clean up dust or oil in time after operation.
